- Prepare for future school construction
- Acreage to accommodate multiple campus sites

Installation of Artificial Turf
- To be placed on baseball field, softball field and field inside the high school track
- The last two seasons have seen more than 50% of the permitted UIL practice or game days cancelled or moved due to unplayable surfaces.
- Turf has lower maintenance costs and allows for more revenue-generating opportunities.

Technology and infrastructure replacement
- Replace student Chromebooks that have exceeded their lifespan to maintain compatibility with modern learning
- Replace computers that can no longer run the latest operating system to ensure cybersecurity and protect against vulnerabilities
- Replace classroom display boards and provide mobile teacher devices to allow greater flexibility in the classroom with enhanced learning opportunities for students
- Replace network infrastructure with more modern switching equipment to provide greater network/internet bandwidth to provide better connectivity and provide better throughput as network loads increase as the district grows
